Marco S. Casalaina is VP Product Management of Salesforce Einstein. He was previously VP of Applications at RingCentral, where he ran RingCentral’s contact center and collaboration business units. Prior to that he was VP Products at machine learning startup KXEN, which was acquired by SAP AG in 2013. This is Marco’s second stint at Salesforce - during his first term at Salesforce, from 2005 to 2010, he was one of the original developers of the Service Cloud product and then its product manager. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.
